400 Under 40 is a research panel and knowledge-sharing community for the next generation of independent insurance agents and brokers.

Participation in 400 Under 40 studies is anonymous and results will be used anonymously or in aggregate only. 400 Under 40 is a service of  Aite-Novarica, a research and advisory firm serving insurers, with a sterling reputation for protecting the anonymity of its research participants.

In order to qualify for the panel, you must:

1) Be an actively licensed insurance agent in North America 
2) Be under the age of 40
3) Generate more than $50,000 in annual revenue for the agency
